Our phone screen helps us understand your alignment with our mission the role that brought you here.
We go deep into your experience to understand specifically where and how you can increase our ability to deliver our vision. A case study further helps understand what your work and what your thought process looks like for challenges analagous to what we're solving for today.
We expect you to bring everything you have to each stage of the process. Our in-person process helps us see the real you behind the resume, phone calls and video calls. This is also where you get to see who we are behind the phone calls and video calls. The best fit goes both ways.
