You have questions? We got answers
For each building successfully signed up for SMARTincome, you get a check for $1,000 / building. After 5 buildings, the amount goes up to $1,500 / building. And after another 5 buildings, the amount goes up to a glorious $2,000 / building. For buildings incurring a $5,000 setup fee, the max you can earn for that particular building is $500.
For each building a referral successfully gets signed up in SMARTincome, you will only receive a maximum of $1,000 per building they sign up. They will however still be eligible for the increasing bonuses!
Have your colleague or peer register for the Summer of SMARTincome on this page. When they register, they'll need to list you as the person who referred them. And in case they forget, we'll still reach out to them to confirm if they were referred. Once a referral is active, for every building they sign up, we'll send you a check.
As soon as you register and sign up for the program, we'll reach out to you to confirm the name of the individual who referred you.
On August 31st, 2022, we'll close out the Summer of SMARTincome incentive program. At that time, we'll tally up all your buildings (and all your referral's buildings) added to SMARTincome between June 1st, 2022 and August 31st, 2022. We'll send out checks in September of 2022!
The Summer of SMARTincome begins on June 1st, 2022 and concludes on August 31st, 2022.
You can sign up as many buildings as you'd like. There is absolutely zero limit to how many buildings you can add to SMARTincome.
